60,000 Fake Banknotes Against Ronaldo: Go Home!
Real Valladolid fans plan a massive protest against the management of Ronaldo Nazario in the upcoming match against Barcelona.
Real Valladolid fans have organized their first official protest against the management of Ronaldo Nazario, the club’s owner, ahead of their match against Barcelona. This protest follows widespread dissatisfaction after Valladolid’s relegation to a lower division.
According to the fan committee, 60,000 fake banknotes featuring Ronaldo’s face and the slogan “Ronaldo, Go Home!” will be distributed among spectators at the José Zorrilla Stadium during the Saturday night match against Barcelona. Fans intend to throw these banknotes onto the pitch in the 12th minute as a symbolic protest.
The slogan of this protest is “If Ronaldo wants an exit ticket, we will provide it for him”, clearly reflecting the intensity of fan discontent. Critics consider the Brazilian owner’s management weak and demand the sale of his shares.
This is not the first protest by the fans. In the previous match against Las Palmas, they left the stadium in the first half and held a gathering outside.
The fan committee has stated that this is only the beginning of protests, with more actions planned before the end of the La Liga season. The choice of the 12th minute is symbolic, emphasizing fan support for the team against the current management.
