Barcelona’s vice president expressed confidence ahead of their match against Inter, stating that the dream of a treble this season will become a reality.
According to reports, as Barcelona prepares to face Inter at home, the club’s executives held a meeting with Inter’s management to discuss the match. Rafa Yuste, Barcelona’s sporting vice president, spoke to reporters on the sidelines and emphasized the board’s full confidence in Hansi Flick’s leadership.
Yuste, referring to Barcelona’s Copa del Rey victory and their chances in La Liga and the Champions League, said: “Winning the Champions League? We all want it. But it’s a tough challenge. We must perform at least as well as we did against Dortmund at home and advance to the final with strength.”
On whether Barcelona’s executives believe in the treble, he added: “It feels like a dream. But I’ve always said dreams come true. I’ve always believed Barcelona could win all trophies. We’re now on the verge of this great achievement. But we must take it step by step, match by match. I truly believe the treble will happen.”
