Eintracht Frankfurt 0-1 Tottenham: Semifinals Amid Crisis!
Tottenham advanced to the UEFA Europa League semifinals with a 1-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt.
Tottenham secured a 2-1 aggregate victory after Dominic Solanke converted an early penalty in the second leg of the quarterfinals against Eintracht Frankfurt, advancing to the final four of the UEFA Europa League.

In the 16th minute, Ekitike had a chance to open the scoring, but Van de Ven made a crucial save. Around 10 minutes later, Tottenham had their first opportunity, but Son’s shot was brilliantly saved by the goalkeeper.
A major incident occurred in the first half when James Maddison was fouled by the goalkeeper while attempting a header, resulting in a penalty. Solanke converted the spot-kick to give Tottenham the lead.
Maddison tried to continue after the injury but was eventually replaced by Dejan Kulusevski.
Early in the second half, Frankfurt had a golden opportunity, but Chibi’s shot went wide. Later, Romero could have doubled Tottenham’s lead, but his header went over the bar.
Both teams created chances, but no further goals were scored. Frankfurt’s biggest opportunity came in the 75th minute when Vicario made a fantastic save from Chibi’s shot, followed by Christensen’s header going over.
Tottenham managed the game well in the closing stages, preventing Frankfurt from equalizing. The match ended 1-0, keeping Tottenham’s hopes alive in the Europa League despite their struggles in the Premier League.
