According to reports, Galatasaray dominated the first leg of the Turkish Cup semifinals, defeating Konyaspor 5-1 in a match highlighted by Victor Osimhen’s performance.

Despite Konyaspor’s strong defense in the early minutes, their resistance was broken in the 26th minute by Osimhen’s goal. Lucas Torreira added a second goal before halftime.

Roland Zallai extended Galatasaray’s lead early in the second half, though Pedrinho managed to pull one back for Konyaspor. However, Zallai struck again to make it 4-1, and Demir sealed the victory with a fifth goal in stoppage time.

In the other semifinal, Trabzonspor will host Göztepe tomorrow. Galatasaray currently leads the Turkish Süper Lig by five points over Fenerbahçe, making this season a dream campaign for Ricardo Sá Pinto’s squad.
