Bastoni was rested twice to preserve his fitness for crucial matches and missed one game against Udinese due to suspension. He will also miss another match against Roma this Sunday due to a one-match ban.
Bastoni is currently one of the most valuable footballers in the world. According to Transfermarkt, he and Arsenal’s William Saliba are the most expensive center-backs globally. This season, Bastoni has scored one goal and provided five assists in 48 matches across all competitions.
