English media, however, claim that Tottenham’s management has already begun negotiations for potential managerial candidates for next season. The surprising claim is that Tottenham intends to rehire one of their former managers: Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho, currently based in Istanbul and leading Fenerbahce in the Turkish league title race, is unlikely to continue working in Turkey next season due to ongoing conflicts with the media and rivals.

However, the possibility of his return to Tottenham seems even more bizarre. The “Special One” had previously openly criticized Tottenham, stating that while he maintains good relationships with most clubs he has managed, there is only one club he has never liked and never will: Tottenham.
