According to reports, the posters read: “Real Madrid, supporter of aggressors.” Several copies of these posters appeared around the Alaves stadium this morning.

A storm seems to be brewing for Raul Asensio at the Mendizorrotza Stadium. Before the Alaves vs. Real Madrid match (17:45 Tehran time), several posters were seen around the stadium directly targeting the Spanish central defender.

    Reason for Attacks Against Asensio

Asensio is under investigation for allegedly sharing an inappropriate video. Recently, the provincial court of Las Palmas rejected the player’s appeal; the player, along with three others from Real Madrid’s academy—Fran Ruiz (Girona), Juan Rodriguez (Tarazona), and Andres Garcia (Alcorcon)—are involved in this case.

While the case is ongoing and awaiting clarification, Asensio has faced social judgment from rival fans. For example, during the match against Real Sociedad, chants of “Asensio, die” led the referee, Sanchez Martinez, to activate the protocol for such insults, deeply affecting the player, as confirmed by Carlo Ancelotti.

The Italian coach stated in the post-match press conference that he substituted Asensio at halftime of the Copa del Rey match against Real Sociedad because “he was affected; no one likes to hear someone tell them to die, especially when he already had a yellow card.”

It remains to be seen what will happen to Asensio today, a player who is also a regular starter.
