Jude to Miss Entire Summer
Real Madrid and Bellingham Face Reality: Surgery is Necessary!
Cadena SER has deeply concerned Real Madrid fans. The radio network reports that Jude Bellingham has no choice but to undergo shoulder surgery.
According to “Varzesh3,” Jude Bellingham’s chronic shoulder injury has long worried Real Madrid fans, with many believing it has contributed to the English star’s recent decline.
Bellingham suffered the shoulder injury last season against Rayo Vallecano, but Real Madrid, unwilling to lose their key midfielder for an extended period, opposed surgery. Earlier this summer, Real Madrid considered allowing the procedure, but Bellingham, eager to play for England in Euro 2024, refused, insisting he could manage the pain.
During last night’s match against Getafe, images showed Bellingham wearing a heavy shoulder protector, making it clear that playing with it for 90 minutes was far from comfortable.
Cadena SER reported today that Real Madrid’s management has concluded Bellingham cannot continue like this. The club has informed the English star that surgery is unavoidable this summer.
If he undergoes surgery, Bellingham will miss two months of training and the entire pre-season. With Real Madrid reportedly planning the procedure after the Club World Cup, he may return just as the new season begins, likely without full match fitness.
