Spanish newspaper AS claims that Ronaldo has already signed a preliminary agreement, making the sale certain.     AS reports that negotiations suggest the sale price will be around €40 million. While the identity of the buyer is unclear, a Mexican consortium, previously interested in purchasing the club, along with partners the Fernández brothers, are likely candidates. An Egyptian consortium has also expressed interest in the past.
