According to reports, the Uzbekistan U-17 national football team will soon arrive in Tashkent after their outstanding performance in the Asian competitions. A formal welcome ceremony will be held at the city’s international airport.

The ceremony, attended by officials and football fans, will see the young Uzbek players receive special gifts from the presidency. According to local media, each player will be awarded a Chevrolet Cobalt, while head coach Islam Ismailov will receive a Chevrolet Equinox as a gift. Other members of the coaching staff will be honored with cash prizes.

It was previously announced that the head coach, key players, and two sports commentators from the country would receive medals of honor and state titles.

The remarkable success of Uzbekistan’s next-generation footballers at the youth level promises a bright future for the country’s football, and the upcoming grand ceremony signifies national appreciation for the team’s achievements.
