Big Revelation About Al-Hilal Coach's Superstitions!

According to “Varzesh3,” Portuguese coach Luis Castro, former manager of Al-Nassr, revealed amusing and painful details about his relationship with Jorge Jesus, former Al-Hilal coach, during their time in the Saudi Professional League.

Castro, who initially led Al-Nassr this season before being replaced by Italian Stefano Pioli due to poor results, spoke about his encounters with his compatriot in the league: “Jesus is my friend, but I don’t greet him in matches because he didn’t properly greet me either.

To be honest, Jesus has a strange superstition. He believes that shaking hands with any coach before a match brings him bad luck and leads to his team not getting results.

For this reason, I literally chased him to break this superstition, but he kept running away from me to avoid shaking hands.

He won titles that I was closer to. He secured three trophies, while I only won one with Al-Nassr. In the King’s Cup final, we were one step away from victory, but luck wasn’t on our side.

Ali Al-Hassan scored an incredible goal from outside the box, but after that amazing performance, he missed a penalty that could have brought us the title! I still can’t believe how that happened.”

When asked about the reasons for his departure from Al-Nassr, Castro briefly replied: “Nothing. Let’s continue the interview.” A statement that again shows his hesitation and unwillingness to discuss the matter.
