Despite two weeks remaining in the current Bundesliga season, the official Bundesliga page has announced the Team of the Season, with most spots occupied by Bayern Munich stars.

According to the image released by the official Bundesliga social media accounts in collaboration with EA Sports, Bayern Munich has five representatives in the 2024-25 Bundesliga Team of the Season. Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen each have two players, while Mainz and Eintracht Frankfurt have one player each in the elite XI.

One of the highlights of the Bundesliga Team of the Season is the inclusion of Hugo Ekitike, the 22-year-old French striker from Eintracht Frankfurt, who became a regular starter in the second half of the season after the departure of Omar Marmoush. The tall striker has scored 15 goals in 31 Bundesliga matches.
