Bayern Munich’s first goal against Gladbach was scored with Michel Ulisse’s spectacular shot and an accidental touch by Harry Kane’s head.
The first half of Bayern Munich’s match against Gladbach in the 33rd round of the Bundesliga at the Allianz Arena ended with a 1-0 victory for Vincent Kompany’s team, and now they are just one half away from another home win.
The most important event of the first half was Bayern’s goal in the 31st minute, which was one of Harry Kane’s luckiest moments in his professional career.
While Gladbach’s players had closed all the gaps with their multi-layered defense, young Michel Ulisse gained possession near the sideline in the 31st minute.
The French star of Bayern this season, after gaining possession and moving towards the opponent’s penalty area, sent a spectacular left-footed shot towards the goal, which was deflected by Harry Kane’s accidental touch and entered Gladbach’s net, putting Bayern ahead 1-0.
While all Bayern players celebrated the goal with Ulisse, and the TV broadcaster also showed Ulisse as the scorer of this spectacular goal, Bayern’s only goal in the first half was credited to Harry Kane.
This was Harry Kane’s 25th goal of the Bundesliga season, which can be considered one of the easiest goals of his career. Meanwhile, Ulisse’s share of his spectacular move was only an accidental assist for the Bundesliga’s top scorer this season.
