First Finalist to Be Decided Tonight
Live Updates: Inter vs Barcelona
Tonight, the first finalist of this season’s UEFA Champions League will be determined as Inter Milan hosts Barcelona.
Following an exciting 3-3 draw between the two clubs in Catalonia last Wednesday, Inter Milan now hosts Barcelona in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final at San Siro.
In the first leg at the Olympic Stadium, Inter took a 2-0 lead. Marcus Thuram scored the fastest goal in Champions League semi-final history, followed by Denzel Dumfries in the 21st minute. Barcelona, under Hans-Dieter Flick, fought back with Lamine Yamal and Ferran Torres leveling the score before halftime.
The second half was quieter, but Dumfries scored again, only for Barcelona to respond quickly with Raphinha’s powerful shot deflecting off Yann Sommer. For tonight’s match, Barcelona will be without Jules Koundé, but Robert Lewandowski returns, while Lautaro Martínez is back for Inter.
Probable Lineups:
Inter: Sommer, Bisseck, Acerbi, Bastoni, Çalhanoğlu, Barella, Mkhitaryan, Dumfries, Di Marco, Thuram, Martínez
Barcelona: Ter Stegen, Araújo, Cubarsí, Martínez, García, Pedri, De Jong, Olmo, Yamal, Raphinha, Torres
