Jonathan Tah, who recently said goodbye to Bayer Leverkusen, is considered one of the most sought-after defenders in world football. So far we know that Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are all trying to sign the German defender.

The 29-year-old German defender today spoke to German newspaper Rheinische Post about his future and his farewell to Leverkusen. He said: “I’m not someone who speaks easily but here I want to thank everyone, especially the Leverkusen fans for their support. I’m really grateful for everything. From the bottom of my heart. When I talk at home with my wife about leaving Leverkusen, tears come to my eyes.”
