Luis Enrique was in high spirits at Parc des Princes after his team advanced to the UEFA Champions League final by defeating Arsenal 3-1 on aggregate. The Ligue 1 champions will now face Inter Milan, managed by Simone Inzaghi, in the final.

Enrique told TNT Sports: “This means a lot. Everyone dreams of reaching the Champions League final. Our first goal when we arrived in Paris was to make history, and now we are on the right path.”

Enrique added: “Inter have reached their second Champions League final in three years, which shows they are a great team. But we have time to analyze them. Now is the time to celebrate.”

When asked about PSG’s impressive record against Premier League teams this season—including a remarkable 4-2 comeback against Manchester City and eliminating Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal—Enrique addressed the ‘Farmers’ League’ label often used for Ligue 1.

Enrique said: “The Farmers’ League, right? Yes, we are the Farmers’ League. It’s great. Not only do we enjoy the results, but we are also happy with the praise our team receives.”
