Sadio Mane admits: We didn't deserve to win in Asia

According to reports, Al Nassr secured a dominant 9-0 victory over Al Khaleej in the 31st round of the Saudi Pro League, allowing Stefano Pioli’s side to reclaim their position in the standings and improve their chances of securing a spot in the AFC Champions League.

The standout performer for Al Nassr in Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence was none other than Sadio Mane, who scored four of his team’s nine goals and was named Man of the Match.

Mane said in his post-match interview:“It’s important to start a match well. We were clinical in converting our chances, which made the game easier.

To be honest, I don’t want to talk about previous matches, but naturally, we didn’t perform at the required level and didn’t deserve to reach the final. However, we managed to make up for it against Al Khaleej.

We had a brilliant performance tonight, converting all our opportunities, which was very important. I thank Al Nassr fans for their support in recent weeks.”
