Victor Muñoz Breaks Silence: Proud to Play for Real Madrid
Victor Muñoz, the young winger of Real Madrid, reacted to his first appearance for the club in an Instagram post.
Victor Muñoz, the 19-year-old winger of Real Madrid, who missed one of the best scoring opportunities for his team in the final minutes of the bitter defeat in El Clásico, reacted to the events of the match after 48 hours.
Muñoz recently posted a picture of himself from El Clásico on his Instagram page with the caption:“I am proud to have played my first match for Real Madrid, the greatest club in the world. I thank everyone who has been with me to reach this stage and I am very grateful. Let’s strive for more.”
Interestingly, Muñoz had disabled comments on his page yesterday due to widespread criticism from Real Madrid fans regarding his performance in El Clásico, but now he has reopened his page to normal comments with this post.
This match was Muñoz’s first in La Liga. The winger is one of the key players of Real Madrid’s reserve team, scoring 10 goals and providing 7 assists in 31 matches.
Muñoz, 21, joined Real Madrid from Barcelona in 2017, where he spent three years in La Masia academy before moving to the Spanish capital. Under the guidance of Raúl González, he has shown brilliant performances and has now earned his first call-up to the senior team.
