However, recent developments suggest Bayern Munich’s serious involvement has changed the situation. German outlets claim Tah is close to joining Bayern and intends to play for them next season.

According to Sport1, Bayern has offered Tah around €12 million gross per year—the same figure proposed last year—but is unwilling to significantly increase it. Instead, they are prepared to pay a €15 million signing bonus if he joins as a free agent. Club officials believe they hold the upper hand in negotiations and do not want to miss this opportunity.
