Real Madrid’s Asensio Cleared of Serious Allegations!
The accusation of recording inappropriate videos against Raul Asensio, Real Madrid’s defender, has been dropped!
According to reports, the judge who had pursued Raul Asensio, Real Madrid’s defender, on charges of recording inappropriate images of an underage girl, issued a statement on Thursday explaining the ruling and emphasized that the player is exempt from the initial accusation. In the statement, the judge admits that “there is no evidence of his involvement in recording the images, and therefore, even temporarily, no participation in the alleged crime can be attributed to him.”
In the ruling that concluded the investigation, Asensio and three of his former teammates at Real Madrid’s academy—Juan Rodriguez, Fran Ruiz, and Andres Garcia—were accused of the same charges: disclosure of secrets through recording videos and sharing private images without the consent of the two young victims, considering one of the complainants was underage.
Only 24 hours after the ruling, the judge admitted that he had made a mistake in attributing the recording of images without the victims’ consent to Asensio, as it was clear in the probable events he had presented to the parties that the defender had no involvement and had stood aside. However, the investigation continues regarding him, given that he was aware of the incident.
