Fireworks Outside the Hotel: Barcelona Couldn’t Sleep Last Night!
Borussia Dortmund fans did not allow Barcelona players to rest last night by gathering in front of the team’s hotel.
According to “Varzesh3,” Barcelona could not rest peacefully before the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals against Borussia Dortmund. On Monday night, before the crucial match at Signal Iduna Park, a group of hooligans set off fireworks outside Barcelona’s hotel, waking up the players.
As captured by cameras and media present at the hotel, several firecrackers exploded, breaking the silence of the night in Germany while Barcelona players were resting in their rooms.
The loud explosion, which lasted only a few seconds, drew significant attention. This tactic, more common in past decades, is being used again by some fans to disrupt the opponents’ rest and possibly give their team an advantage.
