Inter Milan’s Huge Financial Gain from Bayern Munich Match
All tickets for the match between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich at San Siro Stadium have been sold, bringing significant financial benefits to the club.
According to reports, the complete sale of tickets for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final second-leg match between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich at San Siro Stadium is filling the Nerazzurri’s coffers. As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, this match is on track to become the second-highest revenue-generating game in the club’s history and the third-highest in San Siro’s history.
More than 70,000 Inter fans, along with around 4,300 Bayern supporters traveling to Milan, are expected to surpass last year’s ticket revenue record of €9.2 million set in the Champions League Round of 16 first-leg match against Atletico Madrid.
In other words, in the history of ticket sales at San Siro, this clash against Bayern Munich is only surpassed by the 2022-23 Champions League semi-final second-leg match against AC Milan, where a staggering €12.5 million was generated. Now, Inter has already earned over €9.2 million just from ticket sales, a substantial financial boost for the club.
