According to reports, Rafa Yuste, Barcelona’s sporting vice president, openly spoke today about the team’s hopes for a treble. Until now, club officials had avoided direct comments on the matter, but their advancement to the Champions League semifinals has led Barcelona to openly discuss the treble.

This is not surprising. Barcelona has a strong chance of winning all three competitions: La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Champions League. Rafa Yuste stated that Barcelona has a great opportunity to achieve a historic feat by winning all three titles but will work humbly towards this goal.

Rafa Yuste said:“Barça has a great chance of winning the treble. But, as always, we will work with humility. As Hans-Dieter Flick said, we must take it step by step to reach this dream of all Barça fans. For now, we must not forget to stay grounded and assume we have already won all three titles.”

The Barcelona vice president also spoke about their next Champions League opponent, Inter Milan:“We have great respect for Inter. We have two matches against them, and we will give our all. But we know Inter is a tough opponent with a lot of experience in the Champions League. Nevertheless, we will use all our strength to win.”
