According to “Varzesh3,” Barcelona secured a thrilling 4-3 victory over Celta Vigo on Saturday. The winning goal came in the dying moments from a penalty awarded for a foul on Dani Olmo. Mario Melero López, the referee, had to review the incident on the pitchside monitor before making his final decision. Barcelona’s bench erupted in protest after the Andalusian referee initially failed to award the clear penalty. Hans-Dieter Flick led the protests, with several of his assistants expressing their anger in the technical area. However, the standout reaction came from José Ramón de la Fuente, Barcelona’s goalkeeping coach.

This coach, known for causing controversy with his protests and confrontations on the sidelines, reacted fiercely again. Instead of directing his anger at the refereeing team, he took it out on an iPad. The tablet, filled with tactical instructions for the players, was slammed to the ground by de la Fuente.

After VAR asked the referee to review the incident, tensions eased. Eventually, the referee awarded the penalty. Raphinha calmly stepped up and converted the spot-kick to make it 4-3, sending the Olympic Stadium into euphoria. Despite the strong reactions from Barcelona’s coaching staff, the referee did not sanction any of the bench members.
