Antonio Conte has established a company to manage his image rights, which is being interpreted as a potential sign of his intention to terminate his contract with Napoli.

Major Clue: Conte Set to Terminate His Contract with Napoli

According to reports, the manager has publicly criticized Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis, the lack of investment in training facilities, and expressed dissatisfaction with the club’s transfer strategy.

Conte had previously hinted at the possibility of leaving the club after just one season at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Reports suggest there is no release clause in his contract, meaning Conte could theoretically terminate the agreement by resigning and reaching a mutual settlement, provided he no longer receives any salary from the club.

The website Calciomercato has also reported another clue indicating that Conte may be preparing for life after Napoli. According to sources, on April 1, he and his brother Daniele established an independent company in Turin.

Officially, the company Restate Srl was created to purchase, control, and manage image rights, both in Italy and abroad. This has raised concerns at Napoli, as the club famously requires all players and managers to assign their image rights to the club, a condition included in their contracts.

Therefore, if Conte intends to have a company managing his image rights, it means his image rights will no longer be owned by Napoli.
