In the 20th matchweek of the Frauen-Bundesliga, Bayern Munich secured a dominant 3-1 victory over Freiburg, clinching the 2024-25 title with two matchdays remaining.
Bayern Munich Women, now three-time consecutive Bundesliga champions, scored through Lea Schüller, Pernille Harder, and an additional goal, while Freiburg managed only a consolation.
The win marked Bayern’s 17th victory of the season, finishing with 53 points—11 points clear of second-placed Wolfsburg (42 points). Frankfurt followed in third (41 points), while Leverkusen placed fourth (40 points).
This marks Bayern Munich Women’s sixth Bundesliga title, solidifying their status as one of Germany’s most successful women’s teams. They will also face Werder Bremen in the DFB-Pokal final next week.
