    Antonio Rudiger's Message After Surgery

According to reports, the German defender of Real Madrid wrote on his social media: “After more than seven months of playing with severe pain, I unfortunately had to undergo meniscus surgery.”

He shared this message after the surgery to treat early-onset arthritis, a chronic condition he lives with. This condition does not severely limit him but requires careful management of playing time for adequate rest.

Rudiger, who left the pitch visibly limping in the 111th minute of El Clásico due to injury, reassured Real Madrid fans with a hopeful message.

Sharing two images from his surgery, he stated: “Now, I am finally free from pain, and the surgery was successful. I sincerely thank the medical team, especially Guido Spirendelli, Real Madrid’s physiotherapist.”

According to Marca, Rudiger will be sidelined for at least 4 to 6 weeks.
