According to reports, Isco’s press conference before Real Betis’ match against Fiorentina angered Real Madrid fans. The former Real Madrid star criticized the media, particularly El Chiringuito, for distorting his statements.

Isco, who has a glorious history with Real Madrid and played in five Champions League finals, currently plays for Betis. Reports claimed he called Betis the most important club of his career, sparking backlash from Spanish media.

When asked if Betis was the most important club in his career, Isco replied: “Yes, without a doubt. I’ve played for four clubs, three of which were very important. My professional career began at Malaga. I had a great learning experience at Valencia. At Real Madrid, I achieved titles every child dreams of. Things didn’t go well at Sevilla, and now at Betis, I’m experiencing a second youth. I wish I had joined this incredible club earlier to enjoy more of its amazing fans.”
