Juventus’ Strong Will
Final Decision: €85 Million for Osimhen
Juventus has set its target: They want Victor Osimhen as their attacking leader for the next season.
According to reports, Corriere dello Sport wrote today that Juventus is ready to offer a staggering €85 million to bring the Nigerian striker to Allianz Stadium in Turin.
However, Juventus will not have an easy task, even with this massive offer, as they face competition from wealthy clubs like Manchester United and Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal. Saudi media reports suggest Al-Hilal is willing to offer the Nigerian striker an annual salary between €30-35 million (net).
The possibility of Osimhen staying at Galatasaray should not be overlooked, where he has settled well and become a fan favorite. He has scored 33 goals and provided 8 assists in 37 matches for the Turkish club.
Osimhen himself has expressed his satisfaction in Istanbul: “There are always rumors about me, but I focus on the present. I enjoy this moment, and the fans always support me. At the right time, the best decision for everyone will be made, but in any case, Galatasaray will always remain in my heart,” he said in an interview with NTV.
What is certain is that his return to Napoli is unlikely. In southern Italy, where he was once a fan favorite alongside Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, he clashed with the club’s management. In the last transfer window, Napoli’s high demands left him searching for a new club after most European transfer windows had closed. Galatasaray seized the opportunity and signed him on loan.
